Probably about $13,000 just to transport him from the jail to the court for a 15 second 2 word exchange. Seems like you could charge him, arraign him, plea him, try him, and sentence him all on the same day. It's not much to defend. The body cam footage has already convicted him, and the cops are the only witnesses to testify. If we put them IN prison as fast as we let them OUT of prison, the country, all told, could probably save 100 to 300 Billion dollars a year that we waste on all this nonsense bureaucracy for nothing. His only rights are to remain silent, have a lawyer present, and to a speedy trial. Let's just do that for a change.
